Amar Shokeen - CEO

Amar is a seasoned professional who has worked for several major corporations in India, including HCL Information Systems, CMC and Air India before migrating to the United States. As a founder of this company, Amar's strengths as a leader come from his strong sense of entrepreneurship and value creation, which have provided the strategic vision to grow the company to where it is today. Amar’s strong educational background gives him the tools needed to provide leadership to RJT Compuquest. He graduated from St. John’s college in India with a Bachelors in Science and continued his education by earning his MBDA from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business in 2005. Amar is currenlty pursuing the Owner President Management(OPM) program at Harvard Business School through 2010. Amar is also an avid reader and world traveller, learning all that he can from the places he has been.

Rita Shokeen - CFO

Rita got her Bachelor's from St. Stephen's College in India and has also studied at Kent State University. After a successful career in sales and marketing in India, she migrated to the United States in 1994 and started her own business. An entrepreneur at heart, she has been at the forefront of developing the Oracle Applications practice for the company. Rita is extremely competent, organized, and motivated in moving the company to greater heights.

Mike Bell - Senior Vice President

Mike is the main force behind the planning and executing the company's entire business development efforts. In a short two years, he has engaged the company's business development team effectively and has developed an extensive sales pipeline with marquee clients. Mike's strategic, disciplined approach has been instrumental in establishing and strengthening relationships with numerous clients, as well as with partners such as SAP America , Divine Whitman-Hart, Silverstream, and Plaut. He has sold SAP solutions to a vast number of companies including Merisel and Allied Signal.

Alan Gaddis - Vice President of Client Services

Alan graduated from Princeton University in 1984, and after spending a year backpacking around the world; Alan founded and led a travel enterprise for almost ten years, generating over $5M in annual revenue. Seeing the fast growth in the IT industry, Alan made a career transition by joining PSINet Consulting as a business development manager in their SAP practice team. In February 2001, Alan joined the RJT Compuquest Team, and quickly brought Oakley onboard as an inaugural client. He has a loyal following of Southern California-based customers in CFOs, CIOs and IT Directors who reach out to him for a wide range of IT needs.
